Hello Calabash Families!
Join us for our annual Calabash PTO Spring Carnival on Saturday, April 27th from 12-4PM. The Carnival will take place off-campus at 4501 Deseret Dr., a few blocks from school.
Our Spring Carnival is an annual community event and fundraiser, with carnival games, inflatables, food trucks, a prize booth, DJ and more. Each classroom hosts a game booth, and our room parents and their helpers are hard at work bringing the carnival to life.
Please see the flyer below for instructions on how to order wristbands. Wristbands give your child access to the entire carnival, as well as to unlimited inflatables and games. The only activity not included with the purchase of a wristband is Beat the Bucket, a fun game in which kids (or parents!) can try to soak our tolerant and amazing teachers and staff!
The deadline to pre-order wristbands is 4/10. Wristbands will be available for pick-up the week before Spring Carnival or at the carnival entrance "will call" line. Adults and children too young for games/inflatables do not need wristbands for Spring Carnival. There is no admission fee to enter.
Additionally, we are still seeking Calabash families and family businesses to be Carnival Sponsors. For a $100 Sponsorship donation payable to PTO, sponsors will be thanked in our e-blasts and on a banner at our event, and will receive a free wristband. We couldn't do this without you and appreciate your support!
